Group Soundbath
You can book your own private Soundbath for the whole family, group of friends or the company..
Public group soundbath runs regularly a few times a month in the beautiful space in Doubek
(a little village next to Ricany, Prague-East), for maximum of 16 people and takes 2 hours.
You will enjoy the Soundbath lying down, fully dressed, on a comfortable mattress.
You will receive a blanket, a pillow and an eye mask (you can also bring your own).
There is nothing you have to do, just listen... I will be playing many musical instruments from around the world and sing intuitively (you can hear me singing on the videos).
The instruments vary since each soundbath is tailored to the specific group of people that come in the given time.
You will for sure hear flutes, singing and crystal bowls, rattles, rain pillars, shrutibox, chimes shamanic drum and might hear jaw harp, other chimes and flutes, sounding bowl, sundrum and other instruments..
Soundbath is effective on the whole organismus on all the levels - body, emotion, mental and spiritual.
Soundbath can be a very deep relaxation and can relieve you of pain and stress and it can also be a very deep, transformative experience. My soundbath open a space beyond the mind, where the body can automatically heal itself and you can connect to your TrueSelf.
Everybody is unique and therefore your experience will also be unique for the first or many other times.
