Through the journey with the voice I have discovered, that I can show myself as I am. The voice help me to see my fears. To see Myself. It releases the tension in the body. I am beginning to sing at home as well as among people. As if I am slowly beginning to say certain things straight into someone's eyes. As if I can be finally Seen. After the chaos there is a space of inner peace and self-confidence.
I have seen how often I interrupt people when they speak and that I always have to have an opinion. Martina showed my how to truly Listen to people. I have a long journey ahead of my but I feel joy and I am grateful that Martina is my guide on this joureny.

If you yearn to discover the potential of your voice and most of all the potential of YourSelf, to learn how to use your voice in the everyday life to release tension and pain, rest in your True Nature, where there is peace and quite, this journey with voice is for you.
There is nothing we can hide from our true voice, we are as we are, in sadness, self-doubt, strength or joy.
The voice let us show what is here and now so that we can walk through it and emerge on the other side, fully aware of ourselves, our True Nature, effortlessly, in awe of the power of our voice.
To fully show our voice is tu fully be, live, not to hide ourselves.
Each journey and each session is unique. I will provide you with a safe space and support you with my voice, vibrations of the shamanic drum and other instruments. This will allow you to realize that you have everything that you need already at your disposal, just waiting for you to discover it via your own voice.
You will discover your own tone which while singing will make you feel at home, within YourSelf. You will also receive a recording of your and/or mine voice to sing with at home.
Four sessions, more than 10 hours...
We will meet four times within a month (or two). We will start each session with the analysis of your speaking voice via a special software from the UK. You will see how your voice shows everything that is happening in your life.
Before we begin, you set your intention for the whole journey, which can be on the physical, emotional, mental or spiritual level or all of them.
You will also receive a deep relaxation treatments with the singing bowls, shamanic drum and voice projection.
All the sessions take place in a special treatment room in Doubek.
Time and date are set individually, preferably during a day, within the working week.

I have decided for the individual Soul Singing journey with Martina because I have felt under constant pressure in my life. The pressure showed in my chest, I could not sleep well and had a constantly changing moods. One would say the pressure goes together with the life of mother of three small children but I did not want to be under so much pressure for long.
Thanks to the individual voice journey I have discovered how to work with the voice in the everyday life and how to use it to release the body of the tension. The voice became a part of my ordinary life. I have experienced a big relief thanks to which I could relax into here and now. I used to perceive my life as if behind a glass - I did not feel the connection. This has changed and I can feel that I my life and me are one. I am more aware of my body and therefore can better take care of its needs. I have also opened more to my passions thanks to the voice journey. Among others to my work passion and my business started up nicely.
I would like to state that I have been on the path of self development for years, took many seminars as well as workshops and the Soul Singing journey is one that goes straight to the matter. I appreciate that a lot and many thanks to Martina.
