Gong Bath

To flow in the frequencies of the Gong that can take you in its safe embrace into the Universe? The Gong bath will help you step out of the wheel of responsibilities and the feeling of overwhelm and allow you to take a step back, recharge and regenerate. 

There is nothing you have to do, just arrive and allow yourself a deep relaxation just by listening. The low frequencies of the Gong realign our brain to the lower frequencies - into a meditative state - and therefore open a space for healing on a deep level.

The mind relaxes as well as the body so after the Gongbath you might feel like after a very good 8 hour sleep. Your pain main subside, you may breath deeper, fall asleep easier and enjoy a deep sleep at home.

Just come, there will be a soft mattress ready for you, a pillow, a cotton blanket and an eye mask.
