Vipul Rikhi is coming from India, sharing mystical songs,
that have over 500 years passed over the wisdom of Kabir.

In the Wisdom of the Heart concert or workshop by the Indian musician Vipul Rikhi, you will be able to fully immerse yourself in the mystic spirit and beauty of India.

Vipul Rikhi connects folk Indian music with ancient mystical poetry. It thus brings to light deep wisdom, which with its truth opens the human heart like a key falling into a lock.

Kabir and other mystic poets offer a distinct and very relevant message of understanding and love based on self-awareness and the practice of conscious attention. This is especially pertinent and useful in our modern times of speed, distraction, cultural divisions and the culture of excess. The meanings of the songs are explained beforehand so that they are easy to understand and relate to for any audience.

Concert is only for a small group of people (app 25 persons).

In a unique and harmonious space in a little village of Doubek, just outside of Prague East.
By candlelight with the beautiful smell of insense.

You will be siting or lying down, in a circle around Vipul, which will create a unique and intimate atmosphere.

The concert will be acoustic, no equipment, just pure voice and 2 musical instruments - that will allow you to dive deep into the music and feel it in your body and heart.

An evening workshop
with Vipul

The workshop is an opportunity to immerse in the joy of singing these beautiful songs together in a group. Together the group goes into the words and meaning of a song and learn to sing it together in a simple and repetitive manner. The focus is on feeling and meaning rather than technical perfection. The energy of group singing enables the participant to experience the power of song and its words and meaning in her or her own body.

No prior experience of music or singing is necessary.

Vipul Rikhi is a writer, singer, dancer, storyteller, and translator whose work flows across many forms of creative expression. Deeply inspired by the oral traditions of Kabir and other Bhakti and Sufi poets, he brings their timeless verses to life through song, commentary, and storytelling. His journey has been one of exploring language, music, and the subtle truths of everyday living.

As a singer, Vipul travels widely, sharing the sounds of folk traditions and creating experiences that touch the heart. As a writer and translator, he opens doors to wisdom preserved in poetry and song, making it accessible to people today. His work is both artistic and deeply human, reminding us of the beauty of listening, reflecting, and connecting.
